Are you a forward thinking HR professional looking for a leadership opportunity in a corporate environment?

In this exciting and challenging role, you will report to the CEO and provide administrative and Human Resources functions to service and support all staff and management and manage Human Resources team.  

Are you up for the challenge?
  • Manage internal HR functions regarding compensation, benefits administration, personnel policies and procedures, budgeting, etc.
  • Participate in recruiting, interviewing and hiring activities
  • Conduct new employee orientations at headquarters and training outside managers in this process
  • Manage the performance planning and appraisal process
  • Ensure company-wide compliance with all applicable federal and state employment laws and regulations
  • Monitor employee performance evaluation program
  • Developi and maintaining affirmative action programs; filing annual EEO-1 reports; maintaining other records, reports and logs to conform with EEO regulations
  • Perform employee relations counseling, outplacement counseling and exit interviewing
  • Participate in administrative staff meeting and attending other meetings and seminars as needed
  • Prepare professional presentations
  • Perform other related duties as required and assigned
  • Demonstrating flexible “rise to the occasion” attitude as needed

Requirements include:

  • BS or BA degree required, preferably in Business, Human Resources or Organizational Development
  • 5+ years of Human Resources experience
  • PHR/SPHR Certification preferred
